Brian works with client companies on the development, evaluation
and/or modification of employee assessment and selection programs. He
has managed competency modeling efforts and has experience integrating
newly developed competency models into online assessment and selection
tools. Brian also has experience developing and conducting employee
surveys and facilitating action-planning efforts. Brian has designed
and delivered structured interview training, has written technical
reports and project proposals, and has worked extensively with large
data sets in both applied and academic settings.
