Dr. Hoffman works with client organizations to provide assessment
solutions enabling them to make the best possible use of their human
capital assets. Cal has an extensive background in job analysis, job
design/redesign, job evaluation, compensation, and the development and
validation of selection systems. Cal is experienced in management
assessment and development, 360 feedback programs, training design,
customer satisfaction and survey research and process
improvement. While spending the bulk of his career in practice, Cal
has also published and presented extensively on a range of topics such
as assessment centers, 360 feedback, and HR process
improvement. Dr. Hoffman has been invited to present his research at
professional conferences such as the Society for Industrial and
Organizational Psychology, and is widely published in professional
journals such as Personnel Psychology.
