Chris Marlin serves as both a Senior Consultant in planning,
designing and managing complex large-scale organizational
transformation projects and in new business development for
EASI·Consult®. Chris has a background as a senior Human Resources
leader in the public and private sectors including manufacturing,
transportation and business operations/strategy consulting. Chris
spent 8 years as the Vice President Human Resources for Western
Industries, Inc. a privately held portfolio company comprised of 8
diverse business units with a Fortune 500 customer base. At Western,
as a member of the Executive Team, Chris worked on the development of
a new competitive business strategy and the restructuring of company
operations and functions in achieving a very successful turnaround of
sales and profitability. As Assistant Vice President of Human
Resources Development and Training at Union Pacific Corporation he was
responsible for all technical and management employee development
programs. In this role he implemented a new performance analysis
system that used analytical data to identify and resolve barriers to
performance at the individual, system and organizational level. Chris
was Vice President and Principal with Technology Transfer Management
(TTM), an international boutique operations and business strategy
improvement consulting group based in Paris, France. Prior
experiences with Tenneco Automotive and the Buick-Oldsmobile-Cadillac
Group of General Motors included global roles in organizational
development, executive and management development, quality and lean
manufacturing, new plant startups, HR restructuring, corporate HR
functions, labor relations, performance management and corporate
university leadership.
