Donald Payne is Vice President, Executive Development of EASI·Consult®. Donald has over 20 years of experience as an expert in organizational effectiveness and human resources management. Most recently, his work focuses on organizational realignment of programs, practices, and approaches with the short and long term priorities of the businesses they support. Dr. Payne develops and implements competency-based corporate leadership programs, as well as provides executive coaching. He has worked with a wide variety of organizations in both the private and public sectors including Anheuser-Busch Companies, COMPAQ Computer, Amoco, Mobil Oil Company, CCL Technology Systems, D&E Communications and Abbott Laboratories.
