Elizabeth A. Ross, Ed.D.

Dr. Ross has over 30 years of leadership and organizational
development experience in education, government, private sector and
non-profit work. She served as Trumbull County Ohio, Superintendent of
Schools for ten years and also served as President of the State
Superintendents Association actively working with local, state and
national reform initiatives in student, teacher and administrative
quality performance. Elizabeth has served as Executive Assistant to
the Governor of Ohio for Education Policy Dr where she had state and
national responsibility and represented the Governor on two
Commissions for professional development, assessment, certification
and licensure. While serving as President of several Boards of
Trustees and as a consultant in national and international arenas, she
has led visionary change initiatives in leadership, policy, strategic
planning, and organizational development. She has spearheaded the use
of state of the art science, math and technology and has presented
internationally on the use of technology tools and learning. Elizabeth
has worked as a consultant for Federal Government contracts for
research related to Polygraph Investigation, Pre-Employment
Interviewing and Quality Assurance and Competency Modeling. Most
recently she served as a Commissioner on The George Washington
University 2015 Vision Commission and is currently serving with
University of Maryland on quality assurance in graduate
education. Elizabeth recently completed two years in Dubai as Advisor
to the Ministry of Education where she developed standards, career
ladders, assessment centers and licensure frameworks. Elizabeth has
also served as a consultant in China, England, Egypt, Panama, Qatar,
Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
