As a Consulting Psychologist with Expert Advocates in Selection
International, LLC, Dr. Neumann has worked with major corporations to
develop, evaluate and/or modify a variety of selection systems. She
also assists companies in developing individuals and evaluating
personnel for internal advancement. Gail has assisted a number of
corporations with the hiring and development of high-level executives
and developed behavioral interviews for that purpose. She has worked
with police departments and schools designing appropriate processes
for hiring qualified candidates for various positions. Dr. Neumann
develops and delivers interviewer training that focuses on
competency-based behavioral interviews.
