Dr. Kehoe works with client organizations on the strategic
planning, design and development of employment selection processes and
systems, leadership development programs, performance management,
progression programs, competency modeling, organization and culture
change and other processes and systems such as Diversity and EEO/AA
compliance that enable organizations to maximize the value of their
human capital. Dr. Kehoe brings over two decades of experience in the
design, development and support of assessment and development systems
in manufacturing, sales, customer service, technical, trades,
management and leadership positions. He also has experience in the
design and management of e-enabled, self-service HR systems as well as
outsourced HR service delivery.
