EASI·Consult® Teams with A.I. Mir, LLC
EASI·Consult® would like to announce a Teaming Agreement with A.I.Mir, LLC. A.I.Mir, LLC is a management consulting firm that provides services in the area of: 1) Consulting; 2) Outsourcing; 3) Training and Development. A.I.Mir, LLC is headquarterd in St. Louis but does extensive work outside of the U.S.
A.I.Mir, LLC will begin by focusing on our online EASI-Interviews® and our Work Styles Predictor® but also include the business development of our Human Capital consulting.

Julio Ruiz

As Assistant Office Manager, Julio Ruiz worked to assist consultants
and administrative staff with various daily activities. Julio also
assisted with the management and support of EASI·Consult®'s voicemail and
e-mail operating systems.
As an Associate now with EASI·Consult®, Julio continues to provide
administrative support as needed as well as work on various consulting
projects. He is currently involved in a concurrent validity study with
a Fortune 500 company. He also assists with the support and
development of strategic marketing campaigns for EASI·Consult®,
including areas such as website development. Julio also currently
works as the website manager for Personnel Psychology Book Review
section editors Dave Smith and Lee Konczak.
In addition to his responsibilities at EASI·Consult®, Julio is a student
at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville currently pursuing a
Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
