Joe Spencer is a Senior Consultant with EASI·Consult® and
president of Catalyst Consulting Associates, LLC, a consulting firm
specializing in human resource strategy, metrics, and development. He
has over twenty years of experience in the fields of organization
development, change management, and executive/management development
and coaching. Joe entered his current field from a background in
business management. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies,
mid-sized firms, and entrepreneurial ventures. Joe was recently a
principal and director of the Organizational Planning and Development
Consulting Practice of Findley Davies, Inc. Before joining Findley
Davies, Joe led a firm specializing in change management. He also
served as Associate Dean of Continuing Education and Director of the
Human Resource Development Center of The University of Toledo for
several years.
