Kim Perry coordinates client access and addresses technical
questions concerning EASI·Consult's<%reg> Competency Based Interview Tool
(C-BIT), as well as assisting with the coordination of
EASI·Quotients® for the development and selection of candidates. She
also assists other consulting psychologists with various projects
including data analysis and designing structured interview
questions. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology while teaching at the University
of Missouri - St. Louis.
