EASI·Consult® Teams with A.I. Mir, LLC
EASI·Consult® would like to announce a Teaming Agreement with A.I.Mir, LLC. A.I.Mir, LLC is a management consulting firm that provides services in the area of: 1) Consulting; 2) Outsourcing; 3) Training and Development. A.I.Mir, LLC is headquarterd in St. Louis but does extensive work outside of the U.S.
A.I.Mir, LLC will begin by focusing on our online EASI-Interviews® and our Work Styles Predictor® but also include the business development of our Human Capital consulting.

Kim Perry has over three years of experience in external
consulting. Kim manages EASI·Consult's structured interview projects,
including EASI·Interviews and the Competency-Based Interview Tool
(C-BIT). She coordinates EASI·Consult's EASI·Quotients® for the
development and selection of candidates. She also has strong
quantitative skills including data management and analysis. She is
currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at
the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
