Lee Konczak, Ph.D.
Director, Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness

Lee Konczak serves as the Director of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness for EASI·Consult®. In addition, he holds a faculty appointment in the Olin Business School at Washington University. He teaches leadership in Olin's Executive MBA program and directs leadership assessments for Olin's degreed and executive development programs. Prior to joining the Olin Business School, Lee spent 15 years at Anheuser-Busch Companies. At A-B, Lee served in various managerial positions where he focused on leadership development, organization effectiveness and employee selection and assessment. In his last position at Anheuser-Busch as Director of Executive Development and Succession Planning, Lee managed the executive development function, including work with A-B's executive team, succession planning, high potential development programs, and managerial assessments.

Lee has over 30 years of experience in human resource and organization development consulting, university teaching, and line management. He has worked with large and small companies in a variety of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, banking, utilities and the public sector where his consulting focused on leadership training and development, employee selection and assessment and team and organization effectiveness. Lee has also held several senior-level line management positions with the State of Missouri's Department of Mental Health including Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of a large 24-hour facility for developmentally disabled adults.
