EASI·Consult® Teams with A.I. Mir, LLC
EASI·Consult® would like to announce a Teaming Agreement with A.I.Mir, LLC. A.I.Mir, LLC is a management consulting firm that provides services in the area of: 1) Consulting; 2) Outsourcing; 3) Training and Development. A.I.Mir, LLC is headquarterd in St. Louis but does extensive work outside of the U.S.
A.I.Mir, LLC will begin by focusing on our online EASI-Interviews® and our Work Styles Predictor® but also include the business development of our Human Capital consulting.

Mary Beth coordinates the EASI·Quotients® (EA·Q®) assessment
process for the development and selection of candidates. This includes
using data from subject matter experts to create success profiles,
scheduling assessments for candidates, and generating candidate
reports. Mary Beth also coordinates the use of a number of other
assessment and development tools (e.g., 360-degree surveys, the Work
Styles Predictor(TM), employee satisfaction surveys, and
organizational culture surveys) for a variety of clients, both private
and public. In addition, Mary Beth serves as the Business Projects
Manager for EASI·Consult®. She assists with proposal writing and
provides project management support to a variety of projects. She also
supports other consulting psychologists with various projects
including data analysis, competency modeling, conducting and coding
interviews, designing structured interview questions, and creating and
implementing online surveys.
