Dr. Harris specializes in litigation support services work.
He has served as an expert witness and expert consultant in
a variety of discrimination cases, involving race, age and
disability; he has served both plaintiffs and defendants.
These cases have involved pay, promotion and termination
decisions. In addition, Dr. Harris has published on a
variety of employment discrimination topics, including
Daubert decisions, pay discrimination and test validation.
He regularly conducts workshops and presentations for
professional groups on such topics as hiring, terminating
and diversity recruitment. He has published over 40 articles,
more than one dozen book chapters and two books (The Employment
Interview Handbook and HRM: A Practical Approach).
