Paige has over 15 years of human resources consulting experience
working with both private and public sector clients. At the American
Institutes for Research she worked with the Department of Defense on
human capital initiatives including conducting organization-wide job
analyses and building performance management processes. As a Senior
Manager at Aon Consulting, Dr. Wolf worked with a variety of private
sector organizations to develop and validate employee selection
processes, create strategic performance management systems, design
leadership development programs, develop competency models, and
develop and conduct structured interview training. Her recent
consulting projects have focused on building stronger partnerships
among and within teams. She has training in executive and managerial
assessment using a variety of personality and cognitive ability
instruments. In addition to serving local and federal government
clients, Paige has worked with clients in industries such as banking,
hospitality, oil, manufacturing, utilities, and professional services.
