EASI·Consult® Teams with A.I. Mir, LLC
EASI·Consult® would like to announce a Teaming Agreement with A.I.Mir, LLC. A.I.Mir, LLC is a management consulting firm that provides services in the area of: 1) Consulting; 2) Outsourcing; 3) Training and Development. A.I.Mir, LLC is headquarterd in St. Louis but does extensive work outside of the U.S.
A.I.Mir, LLC will begin by focusing on our online EASI-Interviews® and our Work Styles Predictor® but also include the business development of our Human Capital consulting.

Rebekah Cardenas, Ph.D.

Rebekah Cardenas has over nine years of experience as both an internal
and external organizational consultant. Rebekah has served as Project
Manager for numerous public and private sector assessment and
development engagements. She has facilitated numerous meetings,
workshops, and retreats assisting clients in areas such as strategic
planning, communication strategy development, training, and role
clarification. Rebekah is a trained Assessor and has served as an
executive coach for several high-potential leaders. As an
organizational development and leadership specialist, she coordinated
change management practices, facilitated organizational change
efforts, and developed and conducted employee surveys. She has also
utilized competency modeling techniques within multiple federal
government agencies and large-scale assessment projects. Rebekah has
strong quantitative skills including data management and statistical
analysis. In addition to consulting, Rebekah is also a contributing
faculty member within the Psychology Department at Walden University.
