Rebekah Cardenas has over five years of experience as both an
internal and external organizational consultant. Rebekah has served as
an organizational development and leadership specialist where she has
coordinated change management practices, facilitated organizational
change efforts, and developed and conducted employee surveys. She has
also utilized competency modeling to develop structured interview
questions and rating scales for large-scale assessment projects. In
addition, Rebekah has strong quantitative skills including data
management and statistical analysis.
