EASI·Consult® and Workitect Announce a New Teaming Relationship
EASI·Consult® and Workitect are proud to announce a new teaming relationship. The arrangement was announced by EASI·Consult® and Workitect Principals David Hoff and Ed Cripe. They described both organizations as having a common heritage and base their competency modeling approaches on the McClelland/McBer models, a well validated and well researched approach.
David Hoff, Don Payne, EASI-Consult's Vice President Executive Development (former McBer President), and Ed Cripe, all worked at McBer during the 1980's.
EASI·Consult®, headquartered in St. Louis, MO, focuses primarily in selection, development, and leadership which have competencies at its core. Workitect, headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, focuses its consulting on providing competency-based human resource tools in organizational development, including talent management and assessment and selection. "Together, we hope to use these combined resources to work on projects, globally and in the public and private sectors," says David Hoff, EASI·Consult® Principal and COO.

Mr. Chagnon specializes in the areas of leadership development and
talent management. He is an experienced coach, guiding leaders and
their teams to a clearer understanding of their strengths, while
addressing their critical developmental challenges in the process. In
his role as coach to senior leadership, Mr. Chagnon has accelerated
the integration process of new executives, helped valuable leaders
address the problems and challenges that would have otherwise derailed
their careers, and guided them to seek out assignments that
accelerated their personal and professional growth. As a consultant to
senior leadership teams, Mr. Chagnon has facilitated engagements from
full-scale strategic planning to focused development events, always
with a sharp eye to the exigencies of the business involved. As a
talent management consultant, Mr. Chagnon has guided his clients in
the design and implementation of career development, performance
management and retention programs. Fluent in French, Mr. Chagnon has
authored several articles and a book, Essential Facts: Termination of
Employment, published by Warren, Gorham and Lamont.
