Whitney E. Botsford, Ph.D.
Selection and Assessment Specialist

Whitney is a Consultant for EASI·Consult®. She has 4 years experience with a variety of work, especially with government agencies. Whitney has developed and led focus groups for several projects that culminated in large-scale employee surveys. She has also collaborated with leadership to provide 360° assessments including the development, survey and feedback components. In addition to her survey and assessment work, she has experience in workforce planning, job analysis, and competency modeling.
