Whitney is a Selection and Assessment Specialist for
EASI·Consult®. She has 3 years experience with a variety of work,
especially with government agencies. Whitney has developed and lead
focus groups for several projects that culminated in large-scale
employee surveys. She has also collaborated with leadership to provide
360° assessments including the development, survey and feedback
components. In addition to her survey and assessment work, she has
experience in workforce planning as well as competency modeling.
