EASI·Consult® Teams with A.I. Mir, LLC
EASI·Consult® would like to announce a Teaming Agreement with A.I.Mir, LLC. A.I.Mir, LLC is a management consulting firm that provides services in the area of: 1) Consulting; 2) Outsourcing; 3) Training and Development. A.I.Mir, LLC is headquarterd in St. Louis but does extensive work outside of the U.S.
A.I.Mir, LLC will begin by focusing on our online EASI-Interviews® and our Work Styles Predictor® but also include the business development of our Human Capital consulting.

Whitney Botsford Morgan, Ph.D.

Whitney is a Consultant for EASI·Consult®. She has 5 years
experience mostly related to competency modeling initiatives and
selection systems. Whitney has developed and led focus groups for
several projects that culminated in employee surveys. She has also
collaborated with leadership to conduct a role clarification for three
senior leadership positions. In addition to her consulting work,
Whitney is an active researcher, publishing in journals such as Human
Resource Management Review and Journal of Management, as well as a
contributing member of the Society for Industrial Organizational
Psychology.
