We're happy to announce that EASI·Consult's hard work,
customer focus, and ability to deliver quality services has resulted
in rapid business growth over the last 36 months. This has led to an
exciting and key restructuring in EASI·Consult's Executive Team. In
February 2007, David F. Hoff became an equity owner of EASI·Consult,
LLC. David has joined our Executive Team and taken on the role of
Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of
Leadership. Since joining the firm in June of 2004, Dave has been
instrumental in expanding EASI's professional offerings. He has
increased our private sector customer base and introduced
EASI·Consult® to public sector consulting. In this short
time, Dave led us in obtaining multiple federal contracts and
increased our annual revenues by over 600%. With Dave's shared
leadership, we've built our team of EASI·Consult® Associates
and teaming partners to over 50 consultants and staff members.
David Hoff started his career as an external consultant with
Dr. David McClelland's Harvard-based firm, McBer. At McBer, Dave
helped to pioneer competency modeling, behavioral events interviewing
and leadership development. In 1983, David joined Anheuser-Busch to
build and direct their management development and training
department. For several years, David was my boss, as Director of Human
Resources Development and Selection. David was the first Director of
International Human Resources for Anheuser-Busch, spending the
majority of his time traveling around the globe, building a foundation
for Human Resource programs and reporting to A-B's President of
Anheuser-Busch International. After leaving A-B, he became the Vice
President of Human Resources for Proxicom, later purchased by
Dimension Data.
In September of 2003, Dave and I crossed paths again as he
introduced EASI·Consult® to ProOrbis, a small but
well-established consulting group. This provided the opportunity for
EASI to demonstrate our expertise to GSA's Public Building Services
and allowed EASI to eventually acquire a difficult to obtain 5-year
MOBIS contract with the government. Ever since Dave joined EASI, he
has been untiring in his constant effort to identify opportunities for
business growth. He has been key in building relationships with
private and public sector organizations such as PBS, the Office of
Governmentwide Policy, the U.S. Public Health Services, Quickhire,
Monster, PAN, Anteon (now General Dynamics), Simpler, Solae and
others. To broaden our exposure and build business opportunities, Dave
has shown limitless energy and enthusiasm by joining professional
organizations in the Washington, DC area and nationwide. Dave is
president-elect for the Leesburg Virginia Chapter of SHRM, Board
Member for the Human Resources Leadership Forum and on the Board of
the American Association of Internal Consultants.
David's addition to our Executive Team strengthens our strategic
business planning approach and will offer greater efficiencies in our
day to day operations. While I will maintain the CEO role of
EASI·Consult®, Dave will focus on providing our Associates
with resources, support and guidance to expand our professional
offerings and maintain our high quality of service. Our intention is
to maintain a flat organization, allowing us to work as an expanded
team with flexibility and efficiencies unknown to larger management
consulting firms.

company as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of
