EASI·Consult® would like to announce a Teaming Agreement with A.I.Mir, LLC. A.I.Mir, LLC is a management consulting firm that provides services in the area of: 1) Consulting; 2) Outsourcing; 3) Training and Development. A.I.Mir, LLC is headquarterd in St. Louis but does extensive work outside of the U.S.
A.I.Mir, LLC will begin by focusing on our online EASI-Interviews® and our Work Styles Predictor® but also include the business development of our Human Capital consulting.

This 3-5 day program exposes participants to 4 management concepts: Motivation, Job Requirements, Management Style and Organizational Climate.

This 1-day session acquaints participants with the concepts of Job/Person Fit, Management Style and Organizational Climate.
Leadership Business Simulation
This 1-day program uses a customized business case as the context. Participants prepare for and engage in different business interactions simulating existing or future business challenges.
Performance Appraisal Training
This 1-day program is customized to address the issues an organization is facing with their own performance management system.
Safari Leadership Team Program
This 7-10 day team effectiveness program combines an individual and team assessment component in the home location. This is then followed by an African Safari piece in a game park and working with a local tribe.
